From the moment I walked in, Alexis made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and reassuring presence made a huge difference throughout the entire visit. Wow, these people were awesome today! I had a root canal and a crown early this morning and I was tired, but they took very wellCare of me! Dr. Choi and Serina treated me with the utmost care at my latest visit. We had to leave the dental practice that my mom worked at for over 25 years because she was physically unable to continue to work and it was heartbreaking to return and always recount her condition and all the friendships and memories at the dental practice over the years. We were truly treated as family and I doubted that we’d ever find a place that we felt the same comfort and ease in. In my recent visits with Dr. Choi I can honestly say that I left feeling as though I really mattered and I could tell the Dr. Choi and his staff care for their patience by making the patients feel secure and at ease through excellent communication and his gentle ways.
